Saturday Visual Art Workshops
Get hands-on, make a mess, and let your creativity run wild! This three-part workshop series gives students the chance to explore different art forms, experiment with new materials, and develop their own style in a fun, supportive environment. Each session is a deep dive into a specific art practice, so you can join one or take all three for the full creative experience.
Description
Collage Creations: Saturday, January 24, 11 AM-1 PM
- Mix, match, cut, and glue your way into bold artwork while sharpening your sense of composition, color choice, and creative storytelling through images.
Paper Stained Glass Windows: Saturday, February 7, 11 AM-1 PM
- Create glowing, colorful “windows” using layered paper and bold shapes, building your skills in contrast, design, and working with light.
Still Life Sketch & Paint: Saturday, March 7, 11 AM-1 PM
- Turn everyday objects into art as you practice looking closely, drawing confidently, and bringing your work to life with shading and color.
Price per workshop: $40 (Tuition Assistance is available)
Maximum capacity: 15 students
Location: All workshops take place at The Robin unless otherwise specified.
Experience Level: These workshops are open to students of all experience levels.
Workshop Registration Deadlines: The last day to add or drop a workshop is seven days before the workshop date. Students who drop a workshop less than seven days before the workshop date, or who sign up but do not attend the workshop, must pay the full price of the workshop. Students are encouraged to register for workshops early, as these will fill quickly.
